Water Damage Restoration
A clear, methodical process for getting your Waseca property dry and back to normal.

Our Process
- Inspection & moisture mapping — We identify where water traveled — including inside walls and under flooring — so nothing damp gets sealed up wet.
- Water extraction — Standing water is removed first. Every gallon extracted is water that doesn’t have to evaporate through your home.
- Drying & dehumidification — Air movement and dehumidification bring materials back to safe moisture levels.
- Monitoring — Moisture readings through the drying process confirm progress — drying is done when the readings say so, not the calendar.
- Cleanup & repairs — Unsalvageable materials are removed and the space is prepared for restoration.
Know Your Water
Clean water
From supply lines or rain. Least hazardous, but it still soaks structures and turns worse the longer it sits.
Gray water
From appliances, sump failures, or overflow with some contamination. Requires cleaning as well as drying.
Black water
Sewage or flood water from outside. Contaminated and a health risk — this is not a DIY situation.
What Can Be Saved?
More than most people expect — if drying starts quickly. Structural framing, many subfloors, and drywall that hasn’t wicked heavily can often be dried in place. Carpet pad, swollen laminate, and saturated insulation usually can’t. An honest assessment up front saves money in both directions.
